Dave O’Callaghan, Senior Vice President of Global Channels & Alliances at VMware has agreed to be a keynote speaker at the third annual Cloud Channel Summit on Monday, November 4 at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View, CA. Dave joined VMware as its “Channel Chief” in June 2013. Previously, he led O’Callaghan Capital, a go-to-market consultancy for high tech companies, and served as VP of Worldwide Distribution and VP of Sales for the Commercial West Area at Cisco Systems. Prior to working at Cisco, Dave was VP of the Western Region at Hitachi Data Systems. He has also served as a Commissioner on the Governor’s Commission on Science and Technology in Colorado, and is a Board Member for Colorado State University’s Industry Advisory Board.
